Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have good previous record in study and other activities
This scholarship is available for international students who have completed postsecondary studies
Australian permanent residents and Australian citizens are not eligible

Scholarship covers
The PICA scholarship provides fee remissions of between 25% and 100% of tuition fees for the duration of course
PICA does not cover:
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
A living allowance
Travel or relocation allowances
Voluntary Student Union (VSU) fees
Overseas fieldwork costs
Visa application fees

 Eligibility Conditions
A citizen of a country except Australia or New Zealand and not a permanent resident of Australia
Have applied for an eligible graduate coursework degree
Must be commencing study at the University of Melbourne for the first time
Applicants must not be in receipt of any other tuition fee remission scholarship or sponsorship which, in combination with the IPCA, exceeds 100% of tuition fees
Not have received any other scholarship provided by the Australian Government in the last 2 years

HEC Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarships 2016 for Pakistani Students in Hungary

HEC invites applications from Pakistani/AJ&K nationals for the Stipendium Hungarian Scholarship Programme 2016-17, launched by the Hungarian Government under bilateral Higher Education and Scientific Exchange Programme.
All awards will be made on the basis of the academic merit, quality of the research proposal, potential of the candidate, and the likely impact of the work on the development of Pakistan. The Programme is managed by the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad and the Tempus Public Foundation, Hungary

Scholarships Details
Tuition free education
Monthly stipend
Non-degree, bachelor, master and one-tier master level: monthly HUF 40460/- (cca EUR 130) contribution to the living expenses, for 12 months a year, until the completion of studies
Doctoral level: according to the current Hungarian legislation, it is monthly HUF 100000/-(cca EUR 325) at present for 12 months a year, until the completion of studies but the legislation is to be changed, consequently the amount is expected to be raised

Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be citizens of Pakistan/AJK
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 to 22 for bachelors programs, and not exceed
35 for Masters and PhD programs
Applicant must have completed HSSC / Intermediate or equivalent for application in 04 year Bachelor Program
Applicant must have completed 16 years Bachelors / or equivalent Degree for application in postgraduate Masters (18 Years)
Applicant must have completed 18 years Degree / or equivalent for application in PhD Program
Candidates have to make sure that all technical / engineering/ professional programs they are seeking admission in, must be accredited by the respective councils / governing bodies such as PEC, PMDC etc.
Applicants must fulfill all other requirements set by host Hungarian university
Must have a good health
Applicant will not be eligible if
Hungarian citizens (including those with dual citizenships)
Former Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holders, who are re-applying for studies in the same cycle of education (e.g. bachelor, master, doctoral)

Documents Required
Required documents must be attached with application
Must fill all the fields of the Hungary Application Form and HEC application form in MS Word (Times New Roman 12) and no column or field should be left unfilled
Certificates / Transcript/Degrees to be attached must be attested by the attesting authorities such as IBCC and HEC

Equivalence of O and A level is mandatory to be issued by IBCC.
The applicant must provide Police Clearance Certificate
IELTS/TOEFL scores as required, where applicable

Aga Khan Foundation International Scholarship Programme 2016

The Aga Khan Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for postgraduate studies to outstanding students from developing countries who have no other means of financing their studies.  Scholarships are awarded on a 50% grant: 50% loan basis through a competitive application process once a year.
The Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), alongside its sister Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) agencies, has implemented innovative, community-driven solutions to development challenges for more than 45 years.

Scholarship Details
The Foundation assists students with tuition fees and living expenses only.
The cost of travel is not included in AKF scholarships.  
Half of the scholarship amount is considered as a loan, which must be reimbursed with an annual service charge of 5%.
A guarantor is required to co-sign the loan agreement.
The payback period is five years, starting six months after the study period funded by the Aga Khan Foundation.

Eligibility Countries
The Foundation accepts applications from nationals of the following countries: Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Syria, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Madagascar and Mozambique. In France, Portugal, UK, USA and Canada, applications are accepted from those who are originally from one of the above developing countries, are interested in development-related studies and who have no other means of financing their education. Preference is given to students under 30 years of age

Eligibility Criteria
The Foundation only accepts applications of eligible nationals listed above who are residing in one of the countries where there are local Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), Aga Khan Education Services (AKES), or Aga Khan Education Board (AKEB) offices which process applications and interview candidates.

Genuine financial need
Admission to a highly reputable university or programme of study
Relevance of the field of study to AKDN’s focus areas
Candidates are also evaluated on demonstrating thoughtful and coherent educational and career plans, their extra-curricular interests and achievements, potential to achieve their goals and likelihood to succeed in a foreign academic environment.
Applicants are expected to have some years of work experience in their field of interest.
